Job Title: Loans Advisor

Cold Iron Truck Center Inc. is seeking a skilled Loans Advisor to join our team. As a Loans Advisor, you will be responsible for approving or rejecting loan applications, assisting clients with financial objectives, and completing credit and loan documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve or reject loan applications based on financial status, references, and credit history
  • Assist clients with financial objectives such as business expansion, debt management, and investment
  • Complete credit and loan documentation, including preparing statements on delinquent accounts
  • Research and evaluate loan applicants' financial status, references, and credit history
  • Network to develop business relations and promote the sale of loan and investment services
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Work Environment:

The Loans Advisor will work in a financial institution, with a large caseload and overtime required. The work environment is fast-paced, with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
