Job Summary
The Gucci Client Advisor is a key role within G Boutiques Inc., responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving sales growth. This position requires a passion for luxury fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Drive sales growth through effective product knowledge, visual merchandising, and client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, capturing meaningful data to inform future sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive working environment.
- Ensure a high level of visual display and stock management, adhering to Gucci visual standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills are essential.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Candidate should be team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers.
