Food Service Manager

Cambridge Pizza is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Food Quality: Ensure that food meets quality control standards, including preparation, presentation, and serving.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations: Establish work schedules, manage inventory, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including budget and cost estimates.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
Language:English.
Hours:35 hours per week.
