Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Train and develop our staff in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Maintain high-quality food and service standards by ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standard.
- Address customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and train staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
- 35-40 hours per week in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
