Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Cambridge Pizza is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure accurate ordering and minimize waste.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that food and service meet our high expectations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
  • Attention to detail to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
