About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Nationwide Life Insurance Group Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity.
    • Examine and verify the accuracy of work to ensure high-quality service.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on customer service performance and trends.
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development
    • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
    • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for growth and development.
  • Customer Service
    • Perform same duties as workers supervised to ensure a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.
    • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recruitment and Hiring
    • Recruit and hire staff to fill vacancies and ensure a strong team is in place to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Operational Management
    • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
    • Arrange for repair work to be completed in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
Requirements
  • 1-7 months of experience in a customer service role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
