Food Service Manager

Humpty's Family Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their experience is exceptional.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports, and prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure efficient operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced and physically demanding conditions.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
