Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Chatime. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Supervise Staff: Train, supervise, and coordinate the activities of our food service staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service and meeting our quality standards.
- Train Staff in Sanitation and Safety Procedures: Educate our staff on proper sanitation and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required: Calculate the necessary ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to ensure that we have enough stock to meet customer demand.
- Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to join our team.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and ensure that our food and service meet our quality control standards.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
