About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Property Developer One Ltd. as an Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support the company's objectives.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to employees, clients, and stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks to support the company's operations.
  • Work Environment: Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement controls to prevent disease or injury.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with minimal supervision.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
