Mechanical Engineering Technician

Mafna Air Technologies Inc is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineering Draftsperson to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for creating detailed mechanical designs and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting and Design: Create accurate and detailed mechanical drawings and designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks software.
- Engineering Tasks: Perform a variety of engineering tasks, including calculating stress, sizing, and flexibility, and determining material and equipment selection.
- Documentation and Reporting: Draft routine reports and correspondence, and create and revise CAD models and drawings.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with engineers and designers to ensure accuracy and completeness of designs, and manage drawing system integrity in our product data management system.
- Quality and Standards: Ensure that all drawings and designs meet quality standards and are compliant with industry regulations.
- Experience: Previous experience in mechanical engineering or a related field is required.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, ability to prioritize and multitask, and knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other 3D software.
- Education: A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.
