About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Jiyash Auto Sales Ltd. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, adjusting, repairing or replacing parts and components of automotive systems, and testing and adjusting repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Mechanical Units: Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and diagnose issues with mechanical units, including engines, transmissions, and brakes.
  • Repair and Replace Parts: Perform repairs and replacements of parts and components, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Test and Adjust Repaired Systems: Test and adjust repaired systems to ensure they meet manufacturer's specifications and are safe for operation.
  • Estimate Parts and Labour Costs: Provide accurate estimates of parts and labour costs for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
Work Environment

As an Automotive Technician at Jiyash Auto Sales Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced technicians. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1 to Less than 7 Months of Experience: A minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 6 months of experience in a related field is required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is required to ensure accurate diagnoses and repairs.
