Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective service.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring quality control.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on key performance indicators, supporting business growth and development.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient staffing and minimize downtime.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in supervising and leading a team of 5-10 people.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring high-quality service.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
