About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Analyst to join our IT Delivery team at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Agile and DevOps transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a senior IT expert analyst on technology aligned with our IT targets, including API, Rest, Kafka, and Camunda.
  • Understand and challenge business needs, translating them into functional requirements while ensuring traceability.
  • Draft detailed functional analyses, validate them with business partners, and ensure they are implemented properly.
  • Communicate with business partners during development phases and advise them on alternative solutions.
  • Carry out functional tests and help the testing team develop and complete acceptance testing.
  • Diagnose, coordinate, and solve problems to ensure solutions run smoothly.
  • Adapt to evolving technologies and suggest new ideas for solutions.
  • Analyze impacts on solutions and suggest action plans for adjustments.
