Key Responsibilities:
- Service Excellence: Achieve and maintain exceptional service standards, exceeding customer expectations in a fast-paced fine dining environment.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) management teams to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Operational Efficiency: Effectively manage inventory, labor costs, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Financial Management: Analyze financial metrics, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase restaurant sales and revenue.
- Employee Development: Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure team members are equipped to excel in their roles.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, laws, and regulations to minimize risk and liability.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining as a General Manager or equivalent role.
- Proven track record of success in a similar environment.
- Strong business acumen, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or equivalent.
