Transformation Specialist: Regulatory Compliance

Lightspeed is seeking a seasoned Transformation Specialist to spearhead the implementation of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program. As a key member of the IT team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration of IAM solutions with business objectives and security requirements.
Responsibilities- Develop and Implement IAM Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute Lightspeed's first IAM program, aligning with business goals and security protocols.
- Vendor Collaboration: Foster strong relationships between the organization and external vendors responsible for deploying IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and effective communication.
- Process Design: Design scalable and secure IAM processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC), in collaboration with vendors.
- Audit and Compliance: Partner with compliance and security teams to ensure IAM programs meet regulatory and organizational requirements, preparing for future audits.
- Business Analysis Expertise: Proven experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, translating them into effective IAM solutions, including RBAC.
- IAM and Business Process Integration: Proficient with leading IAM solutions (Okta, OneLogin, Saviynt, SailPoint) and directory services.
- Compliance and Audit Readiness: Experience with IT audits and regulatory compliance frameworks such as SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOX.
- Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
