Job Description

The Fashion Retail Associate Specialist will provide exceptional customer service experiences, build strong relationships with customers, and contribute to store business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Deliver outstanding customer service, promoting products and building brand loyalty.
  2. Collaborate with management to drive store business and achieve sales goals.
  3. Support colleagues in enhancing customer relationships and operational efficiency.
  4. Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, product knowledge, and client needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Fashion expertise and selling competence.
  • Strong ambition, passion for achieving goals, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work cooperatively, and adapt to changing environments.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/carry items (up to 40 lbs).
  • A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with approximately 15-20 hours per week.
