We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at 1191408 B.C. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Perform Same Duties as Workers Supervised: Assist with front desk duties, housekeeping, and other tasks as needed to ensure the hotel runs smoothly.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and submit reports on hotel performance, including occupancy rates, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service to guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Co-ordinate, Assign and Review Work: Oversee the work of hotel staff, assigning tasks and reviewing their performance to ensure high standards are met.
  • Hire and Train Staff in Job Duties, Safety Procedures and Company Policies: Recruit, train, and develop hotel staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order and manage hotel supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available when needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
