The successful candidate will have a strong background in business management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving results. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of area managers and partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Responsible for revenue and cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in business administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in the janitorial industry or operational environment, with 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory role.
