Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Winners. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of retail professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including merchandising, inventory management, and visual presentation.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate a team of retail professionals, providing coaching, feedback, and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Business Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, making recommendations to senior management.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in retail, including operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including interviewing, negotiating, listening, conflict management, information gathering, and coaching.
