About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our team at IT Connex. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will play a critical role in transforming our data into actionable insights that drive business growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and test ETL components to move data from various sources into our data warehouse.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and develop reports to communicate insights to business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the business to understand reporting and insights requirements, and translate these into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation to ensure seamless operations.
  • Interface with internal and external clients to determine reporting and insights requirements.
Requirements
  • College diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in technology and data analytics.
  • Deep experience with data warehousing technologies, report requirements gathering, build, and testing, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Matillion ETL, Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure is preferred.
