Lead Data-Driven Growth in Commercial Lines

As a Data Portfolio Strategist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our commercial lines sector. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing data quality and accessibility, empowering partners to meet their data needs, and developing robust portfolio monitoring strategies that drive profitable growth.

You'll collaborate closely with commercial line teams to centralize data requirements, establish efficient data management practices, and contribute to pricing implementations. Your vision for data and analytics will be instrumental in shaping the success of our sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic action plan aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Foster a culture of talent development and diversity through effective management and communication practices.
  • Collaborate with commercial line teams to identify and address data needs across the sector.
  • Establish best-in-class data management processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and security.
  • Contribute to pricing implementations and generate insightful management reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Champion a data-driven culture and guide the implementation of innovative analytics solutions within the commercial lines sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum eight years of relevant experience, including four years in a management role.
  • Proven experience in data management and analytics.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
