Role Overview

This Home-Based role will work collaboratively with Sales, Finance, Risk, HR, Reporting, and partners to ensure compensation programs align with the organization's strategic objectives and meet legal requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing compensation strategies that support business objectives
  • Building strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Analyzing complex data to inform compensation decisions
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education or equivalent working experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel and Access
  • Insurance industry experience is an asset
  • CIP/FCIP/CRM certification is preferred
