Role Overview
This role will work collaboratively with Sales, Finance, Risk, HR, Reporting, and partners to ensure that compensation programs align with the organization's strategic objectives and meet legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong working relationships with Sales, HR, Risk, and Finance departments to drive business outcomes.
- Report findings and future outlook/projections to Senior Management, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Analyze complex data with high accuracy, anticipating client needs and working with others to identify and resolve issues.
- Coordinate various priorities under time pressure, ensuring alignment to corporate objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills to drive business results.
- Utilize advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel and Access, to drive business outcomes.
- Insurance industry experience is an asset, and CIP/FCIP/CRM (Certified Risk Manager) certification is preferred.
