We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our team at Allstate Insurance Company of Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing compensation programs that support our strategic objectives and meet legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Risk, HR, Reporting, and partners in the US to ensure compensation programs align with our strategic objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with Sales, HR, Risk, and Finance departments to drive business results.
- Report findings and future outlook/projections to Senior Management.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to compensation and benefits.
- Education or equivalent working experience: Must be able to analyze complex data with high accuracy, be open-minded towards change, anticipate client needs, and work with others to identify and resolve issues.
- Strong communication (written and verbal), collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel and Access.
- Insurance industry experience is an asset.
- CIP/FCIP/CRM (Certified Risk Manager) is preferred.
