Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cement Finisher to join our team at WINDMILL GROUP CORPORATION. As a Cement Finisher, you will be responsible for applying a smooth finish to concrete surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our company's standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply a smooth finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages, to complete tasks
  • Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure a smooth finish
  • Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the construction industry
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work at heights and in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
