Job Title: Cement Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Cement Finisher to join our team at WINDMILL GROUP CORPORATION. As a Cement Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on concrete surfaces.

Job Summary:

The Cement Finisher will work on various construction projects, applying cement to surfaces, and ensuring a smooth finish. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work at heights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply cement to surfaces using hand and power tools
  • Ensure a smooth finish on concrete surfaces
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages
  • Operate power vibrators to compact concrete
  • Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Ability to work at heights
  • Attention to detail
  • Standing for extended periods
