At 2K Games, Inc., we are looking for a Senior Director, HRBP to support our global publishing and studio organization. This is a strategic and hands-on role that will create and implement talent management programs, coaching, organizational assessment, compensation, retention, and team member engagement initiatives.

About the Role

This hybrid position will be based in Vancouver and will partner with People COE's and global HRBP teams to deliver seamless human resources processes and programs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on and driving adoption of key HR program cycles, including feedback, compensation, promotions, job leveling, and annual workforce planning.
  • Managing the performance evaluation process as a core tool to promote a high-performing workplace.
  • Providing performance and development coaching to people leaders, working closely with the People Programs team on manager enablement and delivery.
  • Partnering with People Programs to develop and drive talent management strategies that support team growth and individual development plans.

The ideal candidate will have practical experience providing formal/informal executive coaching and development, as well as the ability to prepare and make senior-level presentations and build a narrative based on collection and analysis of data.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of CAD $90,400 - $136,500 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous vacation policy.
