Job Description

As the Director of Transformation, you'll be responsible for:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to shape long-term strategies and decide on enterprise priorities
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Drive consensus among diverse stakeholders including all levels of leadership, through skilled negotiation and influence, ensuring seamless decision-making and governance
  • Portfolio Management & EPMO Leadership: Enable the delivery of high-impact projects, harmonizing methodologies and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and ensuring projects are sequenced in a coordinated way
  • Risk Management: Manage Enterprise Risk Management process and reporting to identify, assess, and mitigate strategic risks
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a small team of dedicated transformation project management professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration

This role requires a seasoned Transformation professional with proven expertise in managing large-scale transformation initiatives. You will demonstrate the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership while maintaining a hands-on approach to ensure successful execution and delivery of priority projects and programs.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience managing large-scale transformation programs, including project portfolio management in complex environments
  • Proven success leading a Project Management Office (PMO) and executing enterprise-wide change
  • Exceptional skills in strategic planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and budget oversight
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a strong asset
  • A natural influencer with outstanding communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
  • Passion for driving continuous improvement and delivering meaningful results

We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 to $170,000, with opportunities for increases based on performance. Additionally, we provide:
