Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bakery Team Member to join our team at Shriji Express. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure a well-stocked bakery.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting and testing baked goods.
- Team Leadership: Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Work Setting: Restaurant or bakery environment.
- Free Parking: Available on site.
- Permanent Employment: Opportunity for long-term employment with a stable company.
- Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
