Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Asif's Cake and Bake Inc. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Bakery Operations: Bake mixed dough and batters, prepare special orders, and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
As a Bakery Team Member, you will work in a fast-paced bakery environment, operating machinery and organizing and maintaining inventory. You will also oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
