We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Leader to join our team at JOB CONNECTION GROUP INC.

About the Role

The Sales and Business Development Leader will be responsible for leading sales teams in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to team members.
  • Working closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Establishing organizational policies and procedures related to sales.
  • Organizing regional and divisional sales operations.
  • Recruiting, training, and managing staff.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and identifying current and prospective staffing requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in sales, marketing, or a related field would be an asset.
