Rehabilitation Therapist Opportunity


We are seeking a skilled Registered Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Rehab First Inc. in a hybrid role.



  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and cognitive capacities, mobility, and attendant care needs.
    • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to promote client independence and well-being.
    • Provide client treatment in various settings, including clinics, communities, homes, and workplaces.
    • Collaborate with clients who have diverse injury or illness-related conditions, including physical, cognitive, and/or mental health challenges.
    • Prepare and submit accurate case notes and reports.


  • Requirements:

    • A Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and current licensure with COTO.
    • A minimum of one year of experience in the field of OT, with a strong desire to provide community-based services.
    • Experience with Ontario's Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) is an asset.
    • A valid CPR certificate and a reliable vehicle with valid driver's license and auto insurance.
    • Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months.
