We are a retail business specializing in florist shops, seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an Artistic Floral Arranger.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to design and create beautiful floral arrangements, manage day-to-day business operations, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create unique floral arrangements using natural and artificial flowers and decorative accessories
  • Organize and manage day-to-day business operations, including supervising apprentices and training workers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including taking orders and providing general information to clients and the public
  • Order merchandise and work with minimal supervision
  • Develop and maintain a professional and creative work environment
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years in ornamental horticulture or a related field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in floristry operations and management or equivalent experience
  • Manual dexterity and ability to distinguish between colors
  • Punctuality, creativity, and leadership skills
