Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management group, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through process improvement, performance optimization, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • POS Management
    • Develop and implement effective processes for managing point-of-sale (POS) operations to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform POS strategy and optimize results.
  • Daily Banking Procedures
    • Collaborate with store management to develop and implement daily banking procedures that minimize errors and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Monitor and report on daily banking activities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Design and implement reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize sales data and monitor performance against targets.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead by example and demonstrate a customer-obsessed selling culture to inspire and motivate store teams.
    • Partner with store management to execute action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all store operational activities.
    • Assist store management in conducting new associate onboarding and trainings to ensure successful integration into the team.
  • Communication and Feedback
    • Communicate individual and/or team performance feedback to store management to drive continuous improvement.
    • Foster open communication channels with store teams to address concerns, share best practices, and promote a culture of transparency.
  • Compliance and Governance
    • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to operations, security, and risk management.
    • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
