Tax and Treasury Manager

UGE International is seeking a highly skilled Tax and Treasury Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing tax compliance and reporting for the organization, including tax equity structures and multi-state project entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize on corporate structure efficiency while balancing the needs of Tax Equity structures
  • Preparation, filing, and all resultant communications associated with all annual tax returns
  • Oversee and ensure overall tax compliance (income, sales and use, franchise, etc)
  • Support tax-related aspects of financial reporting
  • Strategize and oversee treasury operations

Requirements:

  • Practical tax equity structure knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with breadth of US tax matters
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Incredible level of organization capabilities
