Job Description

We're seeking a strategic learning consultant to join our Commercial Banking team as an innovation catalyst. In this role, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team that supports business line partners in developing strategies that drive employee attraction, development, engagement, and business objectives.


As an innovation catalyst, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and multiple stakeholders to deploy innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of employees. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting needs analysis, developing learning strategies, designing learning solutions, and supporting business sectors and project teams in training design.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need a bachelor's degree related to the field of activity and 7-10 years of relevant experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in training, either in learning needs analysis, defining learning strategies, or designing learning solutions, is also required. Additionally, project management experience in agile or waterfall project contexts is essential.


Other key qualifications include excellent written communication skills, proficiency in the Office suite and collaboration tools, and the ability to influence and work in a team. You should also be focused on finding suitable solutions, demonstrate creativity and innovation, and be able to adapt to changes and evolve in a transforming environment.
