We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Consultant to join our team at The Institute for Performance and Learning. As a Learning and Development Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and facilitating training programs that enhance team member performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Design & Development: Create and maintain engaging training materials (in-person, virtual, and eLearning) tailored to meet the needs of different learning audiences.
  • Program Facilitation: Deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing Customer Service team members, fostering an interactive and supportive learning environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyze feedback to refine and improve training content and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent (written & verbal) in both English & French.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, adult learning/education, organizational development, or instructional design is an asset.
  • 5+ years corporate facilitation experience in both classroom and virtual environments.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
