Botsford Associates is a leading risk management solutions provider, and we are currently seeking an experienced Lead Risk Management System Implementation Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience working as a Senior Project Manager within the Capital Markets and risk domains. A strong background in CCR Capital, xVA or Stress Testing programs is highly desirable; alternatively, general Market, Credit or CCR experience would also be beneficial.
Responsibilities will include leading a project tied to a new strategic xVA system used for running stress testing calculations for various products. This will involve migrating and onboarding energy product calculations, with equities products to follow. The selected individual will also drive Day 2 items associated with the initial system implementation, ensuring bugs, customizations, enhancements etc all continue as part of the overall strategic delivery of the program.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Senior experience (8+ years) working as a Senior PM within the Capital Markets and preferably risk domains.
- Experience working on a CCR Capital, xVA or Stress Testing program is highly preferred; otherwise some general Market, Credit or CCR experience would also be helpful
- Ability to work effectively with vendors and manage relationships when needed.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with trading desk and technology stakeholders.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
