Key Responsibilities
  • Design Systems: Manage and contribute to the development of our design systems, including building components and maintaining component libraries.

  • Visual Design: Work with Product Designers to create, maintain, and articulate the visual language of our products in alignment with the Brand and Marketing teams.
  • Cross-Functional Expertise: Collaborate with different Compass Digital teams to implement efficient and harmonious experiences across all products.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute robust content strategy, terminology alignment, and UI taxonomy for all products.
  • Accessibility: Champion accessible design practices for our organization.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience with design systems or experience design standards across multiple products and technology stacks.
  • Cloud-Based Platform Design: 10+ years of working experience in SaaS cloud-based platform design.
  • Design Standards: Proven track record of crafting, launching, and maintaining design standards and systems at scale in complex organizations.
  • Front-End Expertise: Understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, and component frameworks.
  • Visual Language: Understanding of visual language and art direction.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Curious Mindset: A curious mindset that can only rest once it's found the answer.
