Production Process Engineer

Founded in 1983, Pharmascience Inc. is a leading pharmaceutical company with a strong presence in Quebec and a growing global reach. As a Production Process Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and minimize quality and EHS compliance risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance, to plan and execute projects.
  • Communicate effectively with equipment suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure project closures are completed in a timely manner.
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to analyze production equipment use, manpower, and machine use to minimize waste and improve efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Aseptic processes and ability to communicate effectively in English and French.
