Aseptic Process Specialist for Pharmaceutical Operations

We are seeking an experienced Aseptic Process Specialist to join our team at Pharmascience. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of aseptic processes in our sterile facility.

About the Role

As an Aseptic Process Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the transfer of existing processes to new rooms in the expansion, improving them as required. You will also develop the filtration strategy in grade C and introduce new consumables into the expansion of the injectable plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and optimize aseptic processes for the transfer of products to the new vial filling line.
  • Develop and implement filtration strategies in grade C to ensure product quality.
  • Coordinate the introduction of new consumables into the expansion of the injectable plant.
  • Plan and execute studies for the transfer of products to the new vial filling line.
  • Perform freeze-drying cycles of products on new equipment.
  • Develop new processes linked with new equipment, such as RTP ports and aseptic techniques under isolator.
  • Write protocols, reports, and technical notes related to the transfer of products.
  • Prepare side-by-side comparisons of processes between the current and the transfer in the expansion.
  • Contribute to the optimization of manufacturing processes and update of the BOM.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., pharmacy, biology, chemistry).
  • 5+ years of experience in aseptic processing and pharmaceutical operations.
  • Strong knowledge of aseptic processes and sterilization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
