Heavy Equipment Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at SK Excavating Ltd.
About the RoleThis is a key position responsible for operating heavy equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operations. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and operation procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes to move earth, materials, and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to ensure accurate operation.
- Clean and maintain equipment in accordance with manufacturer instructions and company policies.
- Conduct regular pre-operational checks on equipment to prevent mechanical failures and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., heavy equipment operation, mechanics).
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or excavation setting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
