As a Heavy Equipment Fabricator, you will be responsible for operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products. Your expertise in determining weldability of materials and examining welds to ensure they meet standards is crucial to ensuring the quality of our work.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and maintain welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.

This is a permanent position offering competitive compensation, with an estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000, depending on location and experience. You will also enjoy free parking, a 40-hour workweek, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Determine weldability of materials and examine welds to ensure they meet standards.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
  • Operate previously set-up welding machines as directed by supervisors or senior technicians.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in heavy equipment fabrication or welding.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
