Job Description

The Heavy Equipment Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Supervising a team of 5-10 workers and ensuring that they have the necessary training and equipment to perform their duties safely and efficiently.

  • Coordinating and scheduling activities to meet work schedules and deadlines.

  • Requisitioning materials and supplies as needed.

  • Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the work site is safe for employees and visitors.

  • Providing technical advice and guidance to workers and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy equipment operation and maintenance.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Valid driver's license.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and transportation, with experience working outdoors in dusty environments.
