Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at CANADA INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Cost products and services, ensuring optimal profitability
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring timely ordering and restocking
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring seamless execution
Requirements
  • 11-15 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Windows
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
