About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Accoravillage. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand values and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with customers to develop a loyal customer base.
  • Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment by working collaboratively with colleagues and adhering to company standards.
  • Perform various sales and merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments, replenishing stock, and maintaining visual displays.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in apparel or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, even in a seasonal role.
