About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Director to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a Technical Director, you will be responsible for leading the development of scalable architecture for generative AI tooling, setting technical and quality standards for your team, and developing and maintaining a culture of collaboration and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable architecture for AI tooling
  • Develop and maintain technical standards and guidelines for the team
  • Lead and mentor team members to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement AI solutions
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in software development and leadership
  • Proven track record of delivering complex software projects
  • Experience leading medium-sized teams and collaborating with product managers, artists, and engineers
  • Strong technical skills in Python, C#.NET, and ML frameworks such as Tensorflow or Pytorch
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices and cloud technologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with DevOps or MLOps practices and tools
  • Familiarity with creation tools such as SideFX Houdini or Autodesk Maya
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary range of $133,400 - $193,200 CAN Annually, depending on location. In addition to base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including vacation time, sick leave, paid parental leave, extended health and dental coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, and a retirement plan.
