About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled Trainer Consultant to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our Implementation team, you'll work closely with Affiliate partners to ensure the successful launch and delivery of our SNAP Youth Justice program. Your expertise will help us expand our reach and make a meaningful difference in the lives of at-risk youth in Ontario.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver training sessions to Affiliate sites, leveraging our evidence-based manuals and presentations
- Coordinate training logistics and work collaboratively with other Implementation team members
- Provide program guidance, technical setup, and support to ensure successful implementation
- Build relationships with Affiliate partners to foster a collaborative environment
- Experience delivering multi-modal training and leveraging hand-held technology
- Practical knowledge of training documentation and delivery processes
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work on-site and travel to different locations
