Job Title: Scheduling Clerk

At Tomato E-commerce Inc, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of supplies and materials between departments, tracking and completing work orders, and performing routine clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and track orders and instructions received from customers
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and report preparation
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure efficient operations
  • Consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports and other documentation
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and Quick Books
