We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at GAJJAN INC.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including record-keeping, data compilation, and correspondence.
- Office Management: Establish and maintain office procedures, routines, and inventory management systems.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent written communication, organized, accurate, client focus, reliability, and proficiency in English.
This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
