Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at GAJJAN INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including record-keeping, data compilation, and correspondence.
  • Office Management: Establish and maintain office procedures, routines, and inventory management systems.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent written communication, organized, accurate, client focus, reliability, and proficiency in English.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
